Customization Policies:
1. Payment in full is required before any work begins.  This "work" includes logo & graphic design, details of what you are requesting, gathering of materials needed, laser machine settings and test runs.  Forms of payment can be via PayPal, Venmo, CashAp, or Apple Pay.
2. Once a custom order begins it could take up to 2-3 weeks plus what ever shipping requires.
3. Any design files you submit must be by email and in the highest resolution possible (no screenshots on your phone).
4. Please indicate what design you would like as specific as possible. If it is a custom design, we will send a mock-up for you to approve within 24 hours before engraving. Please be on the look-out for that in your messages!
5. A mock-up of the design will be sent to you once purchased. Please respond within 24 hours to make any changes or we will engrave & ship the original design.
6. Each product is made to order and can vary slightly from the pictures listed. Colors vary based on each piece of wood and the lighting. Knots and wood grain will vary from piece to piece. It shows the natural characteristics within the wood. These characteristics are not considered defects and we cannot exchange for this reason.
